Notes:
A birthday brew for Stewart to test out the new brewing fridge and home made thermostat.
Pleasantly clean flavoured at racking. Brewing fridge worked very well! Racked and put back in the fridge.
Fairly bright on bottling, Andy spilt the hydrometer reading sample, dick head.
1 week in the fridge after bottling and the beer has not carbonated properly. Still sweet from priming sugar. Temperature raised a bit to let the yeast do it's work.
After a while in the bottle this brew has matured into something much more drinkable. It is not a Pilsner as we had hoped, a little dark & a little too rich, but still not a bad beer.
3 months after originally brewed (and mostly drunk) is has become a very refreshing and tasty beer. Shame we don't have much left! Just needed some time to lager.
